New patients

The practice is full.

We are not accepting new patients

All three physicians have a full roster, so the clinic cannot take on new patients at this time. This page is kept up to date, so if that changes it will say so here.

The practice is actively looking for another physician. When a doctor joins, the roster opens again and new patients can register through this page and book online like everyone else.

Looking for a family doctor in BC? Register with the provincial Health Connect Registry. It is free, it is the official route, and you will be contacted when a doctor or nurse practitioner in your area has space.

Register with the Health Connect Registry

This is the single most common question the front desk is asked. Published here, it gets answered once, correctly, instead of one caller at a time.

If you need care today

While you wait to be matched with a family doctor, these are open to everyone in British Columbia.

Call 8-1-1, any hour

Surrey has several. They see people who do not have a family doctor, for anything that needs attention the same day.

Emergency

For anything severe or sudden, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

For physicians

Considering joining the practice?

An established Surrey family practice with a long-standing patient base and room for another physician. A new doctor joining is also what allows the practice to open its doors to new patients again, so this page and the new-patient page are two halves of the same thing. Enquiries are welcome and confidential.

Questions

The things people phone to ask.

Every answer here is a call the front desk does not have to take.

Are you taking new patients?

No. The practice is full and we are not accepting new patients. If you are looking for a family doctor in British Columbia, register with the provincial Health Connect Registry and you will be matched when a space opens.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes. The clinic runs by appointment. Book online at any hour, or call during clinic hours.

What are your hours?

Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Can I get an appointment by phone instead of in person?

Yes. Phone appointments are available for many reasons, including prescription renewals and going over results.

How do I get a prescription refilled?

Book a short phone or in-person appointment. Some renewals need a visit first, depending on the medication.

Can I book for my child or my parent?

Yes. Book in the patient's own name and bring their BC Services Card.

What does a visit cost?

Visits covered by the Medical Services Plan cost nothing at the desk. Some services are not covered, including certain forms, notes and travel advice; reception will tell you the fee before you book.

How do I get my test results?

The clinic contacts you if anything needs following up. To go over results, book a short phone appointment.

Do you do WCB and ICBC visits?
